Both remote work and in office options are provided to accommodate everyones needs, at least 4 days per month in the office for those based in Manhattan are required and the employee can decide when these are logged, this is key for collaboration and to collectively all stay on the same pace however the remainder of the 12/16 work days per month can be logged remotely.
